Overview
EverConvert.ai respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.
Copyright Infringement Notification
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via our service, please notify our designated DMCA Agent by providing the following information:
Required Information
- Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL or other specific location where the material is located.
- Identification of the infringing material: A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our service, with enough detail that we can locate it.
- Contact information: Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement: A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement: A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
- Electronic signature: An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification by providing our DMCA Agent with the following information:
- Identification of material: Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- Contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
- Electronic signature: Your electronic or physical signature.
Our Response Process
Upon Receiving a Valid Takedown Notice
- We will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- We will notify the user who posted the material of the removal
- We will provide the user with the opportunity to file a counter-notification
- We will document all takedown requests and responses
Upon Receiving a Valid Counter-Notification
- We will provide a copy of the counter-notification to the original complainant
- We will inform the complainant that we will restore the material in 10 business days
- We will restore the material unless the complainant files a court action
Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers. We may terminate a user's access to our service if they are determined to be a repeat infringer.
False Claims
Important: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Don't make false claims.
Limitations
- This policy applies only to copyright infringement claims under U.S. law
- Other intellectual property concerns should be addressed separately
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates our Terms of Service
