4. Acceptable Use

Prohibited Uses

• Testing on websites without proper authorization
• Creating deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent content

5. Subscription and Billing

Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe or Paddle
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Overages are billed based on actual usage above plan limits

Refunds and Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis
• Service continues until the end of your billing period
• Data may be deleted 30 days after cancellation

6. Intellectual Property

EverConvert.ai retains all rights to our platform, AI algorithms, and technology. You retain ownership of your website content and data. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for optimization purposes.

7. Data and Privacy

• Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy
• We implement industry-standard security measures
• You are responsible for compliance with applicable privacy laws
• We may aggregate anonymous data for service improvement

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
